We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always in time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched.

- Standard shipping for all orders with flat shipping charges 250/-
- We amend our policies time to time, please stay updated with us.
In case the customer is absent upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or dropped by at neighbors only upon receiving the payment.

Shipping Method
Delivering all over Pakistan. Delivery time for in-stock products is within 2-4 working days. For pre-orders 10-14 working days for delivery are required.
Payment Method
We accept payments through PayPro(Credit & Debit Card), Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfers .
A 50% advance is required for pre-orders and items ranging above Rs.8000.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case of return or exchange, follow the guideline below.
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not register your complaint.
- The return period of the defective product is ’5 days’ (Working Days). OR For return or exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 15 days (Working Days) of receiving the parcel.
- Please return the product with a copy of invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience
